Mr. Sravan Kumar Unnam
Mr. Sravan is a qualified lawyer under the Rolls of Bar Council of India and predominantly practices as a commercial disputes lawyer before the High Court at Hyderabad. He is a law graduate (LLB) from “ILS Law College, Pune” and has an LLM in Corporate Finance from “Institute for Law & Finance, Frankfurt”. After returning to India, he mainly practiced as a commercial and real estate lawyer and handled various Arbitrations and Mediations as a counsel. Thereafter, having realized the efficacy and significance of Arbitration & Mediation, he obtained specialized training in ‘International Commercial Arbitration’ & ‘Commercial Mediation’ and is a certified Commercial Mediator & Arbitrator. He is appointed as Arbitrator and Mediator in several large-scale commercial disputes. However, realizing the setbacks of ad-hoc arbitration, he established Hyderabad’s first autonomous Institute for administering Arbitration & Mediation (International & Domestic) – “Hyderabad Arbitration Centre” (HAC) (under a not-for-profit trust – “Hyderabad’s International Arbitration Association”). He also drafted and published the “HAC – Arbitration Rules, 2019” and assisted in the publication of the “HAC – Mediation Rules, 2019”.

Mrs. Manisha Sravan Unnam
Mrs. Manisha Unnam is a practicing Lawyer, with 14 years of experience in Corporate Law, Banking Law, Labour issues, Debt Recovery, Insolvency Law, Employment issues, Real Estate, Intellectual Property Law, M&A and Arbitration.
She is an accredited Mediator from CIArb, London, CAMP & Edwards Mediation Academy, IIAM, India. She is also a certified Arbitrator, from IIAM, India. Empanelled as a Mediator, with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India (MCA), since 2018.
Over the years Mrs. Manisha has handled commercial disputes involving Contract Law, Franchise model, and alike, as an Arbitrator and has been involved in resolving disputes as Mediator involving matrimonial disputes, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, disputes arising out of contracts, and alike.
Manisha heads the Secretariat of HAC and also coordinates with the Governing Council and Trustees in regard to any operational issues. She is also responsible towards the administration of dispute resolution process, both Arbitration & Mediation.

Mrs. Tanvi Shrimal Surana
Mrs. Tanvi Shrimal Surana enrolled in the Bar Council of Telangana in 2020. She completed her undergraduate in Economics in 2016 from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and thereafter completed her 3-year LLB from Jindal Global Law School in 2020, between which she was a research analyst at a stock broking firm.
She has experience in handling construction, employment and arbitration matters along with corporate experience in drafting of contracts. Tanvi has completed her 40 hours mediation and negotiation training from Edwards Academy and has strong interest in the field of Arbitration and Mediation.
Tanvi is responsible is assisting the Secretariat in administration of cases, both Arbitration & Mediation and also in business development of the organisation. She is also responsible for coordination with other institutions for promoting ADR by organising events and training programmes.
